Returns/Refunds
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.  So just email us and tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  You can always contact us for any questions at info@shopthecrimsontable.com.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancelation

 

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
